Questions

How do credits work?
You buy credits once, in USD, and every request draws down your balance. When your balance runs out, requests stop until you top up, so you never spend more than you prepaid.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every purchase is a one-time payment. There are no recurring charges.
Are there any other fees?
Only a payment processing fee of 5.5% + $0.50 on each credit purchase, which covers card and payment costs. It is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no monthly, seat or setup fees.
Who processes payments?
Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. They process your card, issue your receipt, and handle sales tax and VAT.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for unused credits within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy.
Do you train on my data?
No. Requests are forwarded to the model provider you choose. See the privacy policy for details.
Can I self-host instead?
Yes. DeltaLLM is open source. Get it on GitHub.
